At the beginning of the summer Max-Holder announced that project « Canada » was on the brink of finalization. Last week the time had come. All involved signed the contracts and the takeover of HNA became effective. The move to the new premises in Embrun soon followed.

Exactly one year after negotiations, the merge and appropriation began. With our partner Christian Walz and General Manager Steve Dick we brought the perfect base of operations in order to restart the new business.
